Why Astrology? Why use astrology to understand and plan our lives? Why not just wing it?
If you´re already happy, content, and at peace with your life, then you don´t need astrology. "Lucky" people. joyous people, relaxed people are already using astrology unconsciously; people who follow their hearts rather than their minds know intuitively when it´s time to act, or to refrain from action. They can feel who is trustworthy and good and who should be avoided. They can sense when something feels right , or when it feels out-of-kilter. However in our society (as opposed to ancient hunting-gathering societies) we are taught to rely upon our thinking (better said: our social conditioning, what our parents, teachers, government, advertisers, and the media have convinced us we want) rather than upon our inner feelings and intuition.
Astrology is a way of getting in touch with what is going on inside of us, to help us understand what our true feelings - our purpose in life - really is. To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven. Astrology is how we tune into the cosmic rhythms flowing around and through us
