About Me Dora Federico is a professional Librarian who has worked in public libraries for many years. However, her avocation and love, is Astrology. She has been a practicing astrologer for almost 15 years and is a certified astrological professional (C.A.P. from ISAR (International Society for Astrological Research). She is also a member of NCGR, (National Council for Geocosmic Research), ISAR, AFA (American Federation of Astrologers) and OPA (Organization for Professional Astrology).
